Contact form submissions, processed via Netlify Forms. When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, approximate travel dates, number of days, group size, and any message you choose to include.
Website analytics, collected via Google Analytics. This includes anonymised data such as pages visited, time spent on the site, general geographic location, and device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information.
2. How We Use Your Data
Form submission data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and help plan your stay at the camp. We do not use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Analytics data is used to understand how visitors use the site and to improve the experience. It is aggregated and anonymised and is not linked to any individual.
3. Third-Party Services
Netlify handles our website hosting and contact form processing. Form submissions are stored on Netlify's infrastructure. Their privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.
Google Analytics processes website usage data on our behalf. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not use any other third-party tools, advertising networks, or data processors.
4. Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to collect anonymised usage data. These are analytical cookies only. We do not use marketing, advertising, or tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained until your inquiry is resolved, or until you request that we delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google's standard retention settings.
